We had a wonderful time at Bacolet Beach Club! The hotel is in a beautiful location with access to multiple pools and a private beach. The staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The Havanna bar had a great Caribbean vibe with fantastic music. The pool area overlooked the ocean and provided a peaceful and relaxing setting. Our room, located next to the pool, was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept it cool at night. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the quality was excellent. We also appreciated the strong wifi signal, even on the beach.

We booked a nice size room with breakfast and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Quirky and different, the beach was small but beautiful and mostly empty. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Sheena on reception. Housekeeping was EXCELLENT and the food was good. The taxi service was reliable and convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the sip and paint class, it was mind-blowing!

Our stay was a really good experience. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with the bedroom, the internet, a super-cute and it was available. The staff was very professional and hard-working, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The WLAN is very bad and phone calls abroad were not possible via the hotel's telephone system (thanks to the young lady at the reception who lent me her private smartphone for this purpose).

From the moment we arrived at this jaw-dropping beachfront hideaway, we were blown away by its mind-blowing beauty. The breakfast on the first day was super delicious, and both pools were absolutely stunning. What really made our honeymoon stay unforgettable was the breathtaking decoration of our spacious and comfortable suite. The balcony provided a great view of the ocean, and we loved the large bathroom. The access to the private beach and pool was easy enough, just a few stairs away. The landscaping and flora were absolutely stunning, with so many chairs set up for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. We felt like we had our own private beach, with the desolate and beautiful Bacolet public beach just across the street. Everything about our stay was simply wow! The room was clean and the atmosphere was lovely. We highly recommend Cafe Havanna, the food was superb, and the complimentary breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The private beach and pool created a warm and welcoming ambience that was truly unforgettable. We will definitely return and appreciate the attentive staff, especially at the restaurant. Everyone was polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice sized hotel, everything was perfect!

Location : the hotel was short walk to the Carribean sea where waters are calmer and the landscapes are perfect for lovely couples being in love and a lonely private beach. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Argyle Waterfall. Enjoyed the quiet room, and the amazing view of the ocean. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice.

Had fantastic stay of 4 nights, the staff were charming, location was marvellous by Bacolet beach club.

The location of the hotel offers a beautiful setting with breathtaking views of the lush ravine and the stunning sea. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and the sound of birds chirping. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with bright white decor and marble floors in the Tower wing. Additionally, the restaurant staff provides great service, and the food, especially the grilled mahe mahe.

There are certain aspects of the hotel that need improvement. The bathroom facilities could be better, as some guests noted the absence of toilet doors, which can be uncomfortable for privacy.

Location: the hotel was right by a magical island, the beach club and the center of Scarborough. Also, Scarborough Botanical Garden was 2 miles away.

The shuttle driver, Arnold, provided entertaining transportation. The front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast included local dish - delicious. Beach was perfect. Free room upgrade. Great location. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Friendly receptionists. Lovely ambience. Serene setting. Good dinner at Half Moon.
